What?
Muchachos is a 45 minute class involving all of the above for children aged around 20 months to 4 years. The most important part of the class is having fun, as if the children are enjoying themselves the language learning will happen almost by magic!
I use traditional Spanish and Latin American songs, popular well known stories with lots of props and some action games in order to vary the activity. Some of the class requires sitting, however on the whole it is a very active class.
Themes
Each week we repeat certain songs and vocabulary but there are also themes which run for the term eg, parts of the body, animals, weather. You can join the class at anytime as it is easy to follow and the newer attendees can copy those with a little more experience.
